Find out more about the Seminar in Academic Working Methods
"I want a working method adapted to higher education!"
Then we are here for you!

Who should attend the Seminar in Working method university?
This seminar is open to all students:
- who are new to higher education after leaving secondary school and who have found that their working methods are not suitable;
- who are starting a new bachelor's year and therefore wish to understand the reasons for their failure so as not to make the same mistakes again;
- or who simply want to improve their performance, both in terms of the quality of their study and their performance in examinations (to avoid a second session);
- This seminar is intended to complement, where appropriate, the Coaching private lessonsbut with no obligation to link the two services
What exactly is it about?
All aspects of working methods in higher education (universities, colleges) are reviewed, both theoretically and through practical exercises:
- Note-taking;
- Organisation of time;
- Selection of relevant information;
- Memory function and memorization techniques ;
- Role of the table of contents;
- Exam performance (including MCQs, on request)
- Application exercises are carried out throughout these courses using real course materials.

Why learn a working method?
Because the phase of adapting to being a student is not easy to manage alone;
Because you have to learn to organise your time efficiently if you want to get to the point and aim for success;
Because you need to know how your memory works to use it well;
To learn not to summarise your lessons (and even less to borrow your neighbour's "synthesis") but to produce detailed plans: it's not the same thing.... And it can be learned!
